The American Red Cross continues offering assistance to residents of Hallandale Beach, Hollywood and Pembroke Park who continue to be affected by last week’s flooding.
Residents of those three cities, which were hardest hit by the torrential rains, should call the American Red Cross Disaster Relief hotline in Broward County, 954-797-3829, for further assistance.

In the spirit of the Holiday Season, the American Red Cross Greater Miami & The Keys and dozens of volunteers are working extra hard to make sure that U.S. service men and women serving overseas and on the battlefront in Iraq and Afghanistan will see some holiday cheer.
On Dec. 12, volunteers packed into the Wings Over Miami Aviation Museum at the Kendall-Tamiami Executive Airport to stuff more than 200 holiday stockings that will be mailed directly to soldiers, sailors, marines, airmen and coast guardsmen from South Florida.
